Exchange Policy
Amici Shoes allows clients to exchange products purchased at full price on the Website within 7 (seven) days from the date products were received, pursuant to the following procedure:
- items must be in their unused, original condition
- return tags, where included, must still be attached to the item/s, as well as any other original tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags or instruction booklets
- incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be accepted
– Once the product is received, the client shall promptly contact Amici Shoes by email at info@amicishoes.com, or call 0503438568 or 0566905710.;
– No later than 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product, the product to be exchanged must be returned by the client to Amici Shoes in its original condition. The product must be accompanied by the original packaging and box, and further sealed in the provided, or a suitable alternative, outer box, along with the labels attached to the product (if any). Delivery costs for returning the product shall be borne by the client;
– An exchange will be accepted by Amici Shoes subject to the availability of the new product requested.
Amici Shoes reserves the right to refuse exchange of products that do not comply with these requirements.
If a product sold by Amici Shoes is believed to be faulty, defective or wrongly described, or is otherwise not of acceptable quality, and the Client wishes to receive a refund, return or repair of the product or seek any of its other remedies, the client must immediately contact us by email to info@amicishoes.com or by calling 0503438568 or 0566905710.
Unless otherwise agreed by Amici Shoes, all requests for repair, refund or exchange of any products must be sent by the client to Amici Shoes together with the relevant goods at an address to be confirmed by our customer service department, with appropriate proof of purchase (original invoice) issued by Amici Shoes and details of the client’s name, address and telephone number. In the event that the client is seeking the product to be repaired or replaced due to lack of conformity as described above, delivery costs for returning the product to be repaired or replaced shall be borne by Amici Shoes, as well as any costs related to the delivery to the client of the repaired or replacement product.

Amici Shoes guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased on the website. Products bearing the Amici Shoes name are produced with quality materials, are manufactured by artisans, and are all rigorously and fully MADE IN ITALY.
